Each project follows a clear and respectful process, beginning with an initial property visit and valuation, followed by sensitive clearance and, where appropriate, sale through Elstob Auctioneers’ established saleroom with full global reach.

The team, co-founded by David Elstob and led operationally by Clearance Operations Manager Jason Hutchinson, works hard to keep as much as possible out of landfill by prioritising resale, recycling, re-purposing and charitable donation.
